In the Memory of Pat Gearhart

Hi, everyone I'm Megan Gearhart, and though some may know me as Kitty, recently my Mother passed away unexpectedly. She was an absolutely amazing woman who cared deeply for those around her. If you needed help, she was there to lend a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on. Mom always went above and beyond for others without ever asking for anything in return. Strangely, she had weird luck that she gave to others, the stories when it came to this are hilarious. She was also amazingly strong over the years that she has been dealing with her illness. She kept going even when it was extremely difficult, yet through sheer stubbornness and love for her family she continued on.

Mom was also an RN, who worked in the hospital and always saw her patients as people. Anytime she had to be in the hospital, she was one who always made her nurses and techs laugh and miss her when she was released. She would joke saying that if they needed a good laugh, they could always come to her. And they did. She was an amazingly charismatic woman, even though she didn't know it.

Given that my family had unexpected financial situations occur just before she passed, we need some help in covering her funeral and service costs. So anything you are able to give would be wonderful to ease the burden on my family. To anyone who donates, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Who knows, given how my Mother was she may throw some good luck your way as thanks.
